I test drove a few different makes and models at a few local dealerships before going to DePaula. I found the salespeople at the other dealerships to be pushy, dishonest, and even sarcastic. The salespeople at DePaula were the exact opposite. They were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and respectful. I didn't have to defend my answers to any sales pressure. My salesman also took the time to walk me through the service area and explained the process of coming back for service. I highly recommend DePaula when you are searching for your next vehicle. More

oil change I had scheduled an oil change for 6:30 in the evening.at the counter I was greeted and asked what service I needed and name. needed to confirm. Everyone was so nice and polite.I went home with a ride from my son,I had forgotten the shuttle service! They came out before I left to tell me the battery was perfect. Later that evening the service department called to say my car was ready,as I can't see well at night I asked to leave it,not a problem. At 7:00 the next morning I went to pick up my car,as we have the maintenance package no money was due . I signed for receipt and we were done. Everyone was exceptional,I'm so happy we went with DePaula Ford. Oh and when I called they checked to make sure my car wasn't on the recall list. I can't say enough about this wonderful team. More

Lenny Farnum arranged my appointment and estimated the repair time to be 1-1.5 hours. I left the dealership right on time. Lenny is always polite, courteous and most helpful whenever I need to have my car serviced. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of car repair. He is truly an asset to the DePaula Family. I really like the sign-in board because it allows customers the chance to run errands while the car is being serviced. On a personal note, I think the furniture in the waiting area could use some updating. More
