Professional, Efficient & Friendly I have been trying to purchase a new vehicle since November. After months of stress and frustration I wanted nothing to do with purchasing a new car. I thought it was annoying and I was exhausted by getting the run around from sales reps who made all sorts of promises they could not keep. I called Depaula Mazda and there was a friendly voice on the other end (Kelsey) Who was very patient as I was extremely negative and voiced my frustrations with car shopping. I was instantly scheduled an appointment. When I walked into Depaula Mazda I was skeptical. I was greeted at the door by friendly and attentive staff (but not the annoying heckling type). The manager introduces himself and then introduced me to Albert who I have to say Depaula is lucky to have. We immediately had an understanding that I didn’t want the run around . I had a price point and I wanted to purchase a vehicle that was realistic to my life style and budget. The very first car he chose to show me was the one! At no point was he pushy or excessive with his sales attempt which was relieving. He didn’t just make up answers for my questions if it was something outside of his knowledge or job responsibilities he immediately brought me to the right person to answer my questions and make sure the information I was provided with was 100% correct. Which brings me to Sal who made the paperwork and finance end of things as quick and painless as possible. The entire process was smooth. The time I spent in the building Albert was attentive, offered refreshments and kept checking to see if I was ok or needed anything. Within a couple of hours I was able to pick up my new car. Even after the car was purchased the professionalism didn’t stop there. Albert met me in the parking lot and offered to give me a run through of the gadgets and even synced my phone so I was all set. He made sure I was 100% comfortable before driving off. He also made it a point to let me know if I have any questions or concerns to please call any time. To say I was happy with the customer service is an understatement! I love the car even more today than I did yesterday! But the customer service experience is second to none . More
