I once again had an amazing experience with DePaula Ford Service! First of all Lenny recognized me after not seeing him for at least two years! He called me as he said he would and had the service departme Service! First of all Lenny recognized me after not seeing him for at least two years! I also met the General Service Manager, Justin who was so personable and promised they would figure out my car's issue and I believed him. They actually care. More

My service experience with DePaula was was easy and quick to schedule. I received a text prior, reminding me of the time and day of my schedule appointment.
