So I had arranged a ride home from someone which was an inconvenience. Upon arriving for the appointment I was told it would take under 1 hour. It actually took 45 minutes. That was wonderful- but clearly the 6 hour quote was completely incorrect and caused an inconvenience to the person who had come with me for a ride - which was unnecessary. Stuff happens and Lenny took such good care of us that I wouldn’t hesitate to use this dealership again for service. More

My extremely disabled father drove two hours to visit my mother after she was airlifted to Albany Med and placed in their ICU. Obviously taking advantage of his severe disability and almost complete inability to speak after having several strokes this year, they charged him just short of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace ONE tire on his vehicle. I also called the dealership for 4 HOURS STRAIGHT to find out the status of the vehicle and no one could give me an answer. I eventually was transferred to some guy's cell phone who wasn't even on the premises, who told me he'd call me (and never did). I had to drive 2 HOURS just to confront someone and get a straight answer. Unfortunately my father hadn't told me the price yet, otherwise I would have gladly taken this up with them in person. I will be leaving this review on every social media website I can find and sell be calling the BBB as well. Shame on you for taking advantage of a disabled person while his wife is literally fighting for her life. More
