Also found out that at least thousands of people are having the same issue with this model and adjacent rage of minutes to find the solution online. Lenny was absolutely fantastic! The only negative about the experience was that the woman who set up my appointment on the phone said it would be a 6 hour job. So I had arranged a ride home from someone which was an inconvenience. Upon arriving for the appointment I was told it would take under 1 hour. It actually took 45 minutes. That was wonderful- but clearly the 6 hour quote was completely incorrect and caused an inconvenience to the person who had come with me for a ride - which was unnecessary. Stuff happens and Lenny took such good care of us that I wouldn’t hesitate to use this dealership again for service. More
