Had my car for total 10 business days without a loaner. Had to bring my car back several times for repair that was incomplete or just not done. For $5,600 fixed 5 of 6 issues given. He took notes on a piece of paper. No invoice given before repairs. Asked for invoice and explanation before payment. Josh refused. After invoice paid Josh couldn't explain the work done or how I was charged. Called and spoke to Mgr Chris. After reviewing the bill he said he'd make sure all 6 issues were fixed at no additional charge. He ended up saying there was a misunderstanding of what he said and charged me an additional $300 for work that was already billed in the initial invoice. I'll never let them touch my car again. Horrible experience. Going to tell everyone I know. Just Horrible! More
