Very disappointed with my experience with the Service Dept. The part I needed was back-ordered and I know that's not DePaula's fault but the lack of communication was outrageous. A week went by when we w Dept. The part I needed was back-ordered and I know that's not DePaula's fault but the lack of communication was outrageous. A week went by when we were under the impression that my car was getting worked on only to find out that it hadn't been touched. I had to call to find this out. I was not called when the part came in, either. My EV was out of commission for a month, again it was a supply chain issue but it's not that hard to pick up the phone to call me and keep me updated. More

Happy with the service . It took some time and phone calls to get the truck in for diagnosis . Truck was drivable ,but had a power loss. I wish they would have let me know when specifically they could diagnose , i could have got by with driving it for another week. I can see why they were struggling to get things finished, parts delays & a large amount of work to do. With all the stress they were under ,they were still professional & polite on the phone each time i called . I limited that to once a week. More
