With that said I brought my car in on 3 separate occasions (though you only have documentation of one I do have phone records to sh ...awesome guy... With that said I brought my car in on 3 separate occasions (though you only have documentation of one I do have phone records to show it was there 2 other times after initial visit) The first time I brought it I brought in for the lights on the car and I said the lights came on after the car was not steering properly and the steering wheel would almost do a 360 when pulling into parking space. Ok so I dropped car off and you had for a couple days to tell me it was just a battery. That didn't make sense to me because not sure what a battery had to do with steering and in addition I had receipt that I got a new battery not that long ago from triple a. But none the less I changed it and you guys mentioned that if something was serious lly wrong with car you wouldn't be able to reset the lights that came on. So I paid my bill and literally within an hour of picking up my son from daycare lights on yet again and steering not working. I brought it in 2 other times and one time was brought into shop when head mechanic told me same thing. It's just lights come on and if it was serious they would not be able to reset. However if it was a steering problem it would be much more expensive work. So then that brings me to other day yet again the steering went completely out so I brought back to you guys. My issue is you charge me for a battery I didn't need ( that was not issue) brought car after this last time 4 times to finally be told it was steering. At that point in decided to have it towed out of there and you guys charged me a 150 diagnostic fee???... not only that but then I called to ask if car was put back together..told yes..guys who went to tow it well guess what not ready til following day. To add insult to injury whoever put car back together didn't tighten up many of bolts and car rattled it's way out. Honestly i feel bad saying this but really awful experience...minus Jared who gave great customer service More
