I don’t think my car is really correct yet. I don’t typically bring my car to the dealer but I brought it to the dealer this time because I knew it needed work and I wanted it done right and th I don’t typically bring my car to the dealer but I brought it to the dealer this time because I knew it needed work and I wanted it done right and they would have to order the part ,which they did have to do. But I don’t think it’s done right ,still makes a noise. And then they charge me $382 an hour to put the part on ,I was there 55 minutes but I don’t think it’s correct. Harold Parker was my service coordinator he was OK. But I think the mechanic was really sloppy, my tires were supposed to be rotated, they lost one of the air valve caps, they didn’t put the right Amount of air in my two back tires. They both had 25 pounds of pressure, they’re supposed to have 32. I contacted Harold last Monday ,tomorrow be a week ,and I haven’t heard from him. My complaint is with the mechanics are just basically sloppy and I don’t think the job is done correctly. It is unlikely I will buy a car there again and it’s very unlikely once this problem solved I will bring my car to the dealer again. so my total bill was about $3800. Harold says OK you’re all set you can drive to Chicago well I barely made it to Amsterdam from Albany and my tire pressure light came on my car smelled like exhaust for a whole week and it still does a little bit. I’m just very dissatisfied with the whole event. More

Every time I go in for service I leave disappointed. Every time I make an appointment I end up waiting hours for my actual card to be seen. To add to it this time they did not even fix the problem. Called in august to make appointment. Couldn’t get me an appoint until September. When I called in August I told him my warranty was running out he said don’t worry . Earliest appointment was mid September brought my Ford Explorer in needed a new turbo was told not covered because warranty ran out in August. Got all of my service records together next step is going to department of motor vehicles . Car had previous work on the turbos I can’t believe a dealership would work this way. More
