I had an appointment for an inspection/oil change at 9:00AM, 8/3/22. I arrived at 8:45AM. After already waiting for 1 hr. 10 min., at 9:55AM , I witnessed my vehicle finally being driven in from t 9:00AM, 8/3/22. I arrived at 8:45AM. After already waiting for 1 hr. 10 min., at 9:55AM , I witnessed my vehicle finally being driven in from the outdoor parking lot to the service area. It was almost another hour of waiting, before my service was complete. Waiting almost 2 hours for an inspection/oil change, ( and having an appointment) is ridiculous. More

Took 2 hours to get my car while I sat there. Was told 1 1/2. I had to ask why it was taking so long. It sure seemed like it was forgotten about. I’m not a happy camper with you guys. Once before the side of my expedition was all scratched down to the bear metal by someone while you where doing a service. I had to bring it in the get repainted. Good thing I had the guy inspect it before they started servicing it. So he saw that there were no scratches when it was brought in. More

Customer service is lacking badly. Never received a call back any time I called. Manager is somehow always in a meeting to avoid issues.
