Booked an appointment almost a month in advance for a recall on my vehicle. Dropped off vehicle and was called back 3 hours later to be told they did not have the part nor did they expect to have the par recall on my vehicle. They had my work truck for 6 days on a 1 day job. My truck was misplaced and nobody gave a call. I had to call several times. I had a detail job done which wasn't done to my satisfaction. Took my car in for recall and to get light off and they had my vehicle for 30+ days. I had to call for progress reports every week. I finally got frustrated and said I was coming to pick my car up. They ripped my inspection sticker out before successful registration but told me I need tires. Now I'm driving with no inspection sticker. They also had wires hanging from my vehicle and they didn't know who which worker did it. More
