Bought a new vehicle through DePaula and opted for the service plan. When it came time to get my first service the dealer insisted that I didn’t have the service plan and I had to pay for what I really al service plan. When it came time to get my first service the dealer insisted that I didn’t have the service plan and I had to pay for what I really already bought. The oil change itself took an hour and a half with an appointment. Not sure why I’m making an appointment if it’s going to be an hour and a half anyway. I went home found the receipt for my service plan and called back. Miraculously they were able to see I did have the plan but couldn’t refund me over the phone even though they acknowledged the mistake. So I drove 40 minutes back to depaula where they told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund that day but to look for a check in the mail… not sure why I would have to drive in to get a check in the mail… unless they just hope I don’t go through the pain to waste my time to get my money back. Go to Wally’s and save the headache. More
