DePaula Ford - Service Center

Bought a new vehicle through DePaula and opted for the service plan. When it came time to get my first service the dealer insisted that I didn’t have the service plan and I had to pay for what I really al service plan. When it came time to get my first service the dealer insisted that I didn’t have the service plan and I had to pay for what I really already bought. The oil change itself took an hour and a half with an appointment. Not sure why I’m making an appointment if it’s going to be an hour and a half anyway. I went home found the receipt for my service plan and called back. Miraculously they were able to see I did have the plan but couldn’t refund me over the phone even though they acknowledged the mistake. So I drove 40 minutes back to depaula where they told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund that day but to look for a check in the mail… not sure why I would have to drive in to get a check in the mail… unless they just hope I don’t go through the pain to waste my time to get my money back. Go to Wally’s and save the headache. More

DePaula handled my entire transaction remotely. I was able to complete all of the paperwork online. When I arrived in Albany to pick up the car, it was ready for me, including plates. This dealership and its people continue to impress and go above and beyond. Lenny was stupendous. Due to a schedule change of mine I showed up over an hour early for my 1000 appointment. They were very bu above and beyond. Lenny was stupendous. Due to a schedule change of mine I showed up over an hour early for my 1000 appointment. They were very busy and he told me that I may be there for at least 2 hours. He ended up working my truck into the flow and my service was completed and I was out before 1000. This is the kind of service I have enjoyed every time I have shown up. I give DePaula Ford my highest recommendation. Trust me! More

Service cost at Depaula has become absurd. I was quoted $6400 for a new water pump and tires. This is ridiculous. A slap in the face. I might as well buy a new car… I’ve been going to Depaula/Orange Ford for 30 years, bought numerous cars there, but will no longer be returning there for vehicles or service. Prices there are just insane. And no one cares. Prices just keep going up. Used to be able to go there, get service, and not worry about having to take out a loan or pay two months salary for a car repair. Despicable. I plan to tell everyone I know to avoid DePaul Ford for service. Complete ripoff. More
