Was quick to finalize the sale. However vehicle never went through the shop prior to pick up. Addressed concerns were looked at but yet to be solved. A week and a half later and the service rep finally said they were going to try and get my appointments scheduled. Another 3 days later and not a word. Why do I have to keep calling??? More

I was able to get checked in quickly for my state inspection. Before I sat down to wait, they let me know there were no open recalls on my vehicle.
