So my actual advisor, Chance, was great. I had a hole in my flex pipe that I was previously told was under warranty. Turns out , it was not. Before Chance could explain anything, his coworke I had a hole in my flex pipe that I was previously told was under warranty. Turns out , it was not. Before Chance could explain anything, his coworker, Crustal, was yelling about another situation when I arrived so loudly that I could not check in with Chance . She continued bullying others until it was apparently my turn. She jumped into the conversation saying she trained Chance and he was stuttering so she would make it clear- I needed to pay for the repairs whether o liked it or not. I explained that Chance wasn’t stuttering and he was explaining fine, but she kept cutting me off. Then another employee came into the room telling me to calm down, who I later found out was her husband. Chance was calling Justin the service manager in while this happening, and I requested to speak to him privately with Chance. I explained the situation, Chance confirmed, we went to look at my vehicle and see the problem. Justin did me a solid and worked with me on resolving it, Chance was great his efforts in verifying that it was or wasn’t under warranty. I was given the wrong info by an advisor from Mazda . Other than Crustal’s baseless and unacceptable outburst, my experience was good even though I had to pay for something I was told I wouldn’t have to. Crustal should not be dealing with the public. That was totally crazy and I encourage you to speak with other service advisors present to verify. And her husband, while I understand wants to protect his wife, I was not the threat in that situation nor the aggressor, and being ganged up on by both of them was becoming a dangerous LEGAL situation. More
