We dropped our car Sunday night and no response from Ford. Tuesday my husband went there to be told we did not have an appointment. He showed proof that we did indeed have one. Fran, at the front desk, was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. However, it took 2 hours to get an oil change, after which my car was left parked going the wrong way in the entranceway to the servic and courteous. Car stuck at dealership several days longer than expected due to "shipping backlog" with parts. I have been going to another dealership for my 2019 F250 Super Duty for the past two years. Recently, a friend told me about DePaula Ford. I made an appointment for an oil change and a regular checkup for the vehicle. While there I told Ron B., about my issue with the running board. About an hour later he tells me that he has approval from Ford for its replacement and they have one in stock and would I like it replaced... well yeah. It took DePaula Ford and Ron B., less than an hour to get approval for something for which I have been waiting 18 months at the other Ford dealership. So where do you think I will now be going for all my service?! You got it... DePaula Ford. More
