DePaula Ford - Service Center

I was instructed to come in and complete a recall item. When I arrived I was told that the repair parts were not available and were on backorder. Seems like there is some disconnect on this particular recall. More

Horrible service. Went in for a recall on my Ford and they broke my radio - adamant that it wasn't them when I got my car back, the radio was falling out of my dash. Money was stolen as well.
