Great bunch of people and great service! Did not have an appointment, but got in no problem. Inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Work done on car was fine. Communication with collision center very poor. I called several times and got connected with places other than the collision center. Once talked with someone who promised to call center very poor. I called several times and got connected with places other than the collision center. Once talked with someone who promised to call me back...no call. I left messages and nobody got back to me. Literally had to go there to talk to someone, several times. Was once told...I don't know where your car is. Really?? I believe other places can fix the car AND communicate better. More

I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. At appointment was told nothing was wrong. Instead of taking it when they saw the issue, now I have to wait until it happens again and hope they have an appointment available. I was also basically called a liar, because when I told them of an experience I had with the car, they told me that was impossible. More
