I contacted Josh about getting an administrative key made for my car since it was going to be at the body shop for other repairs. He told me he would take care of getting the car from them and doing the work for my car since it was going to be at the body shop for other repairs. He told me he would take care of getting the car from them and doing the work (I also added an oil change) and would return the car to the body shop for pickup. Great job! Poor communication between customer and dealership, had vehicle for almost a full week, supposed to be a few days, returned vehicle without resetting oil life, no new sticker, and grease or oil hand print vehicle for almost a full week, supposed to be a few days, returned vehicle without resetting oil life, no new sticker, and grease or oil hand prints over hood and side panels, didn’t bother to run it through a car wash before returning vehicle however the problems with the vehicle appear to have been fixed. I recently had our Ford escape serviced at DePaula Ford. I was greeted immediately and welcomed by your service advisor Crystal who was awesome.
