Service was quick and the technicians did a great job. The maintenance manager, Lenny, was knowledgeable, he kept in touch with me throughout and communicated the status of the service as things progresse The maintenance manager, Lenny, was knowledgeable, he kept in touch with me throughout and communicated the status of the service as things progressed. Lenny made sure I was comfortable, had refreshments, and made me feel that I was a valued customer. When my car was ready, Lenny brought me to the checkout clerks, explained the invoice and all the services done, thanked me for my business and for being a repeat customer, wished me a good day and said he looked forward to seeing me next time I came back. Between the quality of the work done on my car and Lenny's quality of leadership on the front end the overall experience was excellent. More

Still waiting on a call back from service department that my replacement part has arrived. No answer after 2 calls. This has happened now the second time. From purchasing my truck until today it is an ongoin my replacement part has arrived. No answer after 2 calls. This has happened now the second time. From purchasing my truck until today it is an ongoing nightmare. When picking up the new truck it was still sitting in the parking lot how we left it a week before at the testdrive. Undercoating was not done, neither bed liner. They not found the parts I have ordered. They forgot to install the clips for my rainguards so that I was not able to close my windows without pulling the plastic back. More
