Stopped in to test drive a new 2023 Encore. Met Justin Fritz, who was pleasant, professional and friendly. Several hours later, I got the car at an even better price than I expected. And best of all, the 3 hours I expected to spend with the “evil finance guy” took only about 20 minutes. Got my keys and drove the car home, but not before Justin insisted that I return to have it re-detailed the next day! Thus the 5-star rating. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
