Excellent Customer Service My husband and I always receive excellent customer service at DeVoe. Our vehicle receives the best servicing to keep it running and looking good. However, the customer service care we receive is also excellent, hands down. Our calls are taken quickly and efficiently, we are scheduled to fit our calendar and always asked if we need a vehicle while ours is being serviced. All that before we even arrive at the service department. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and John knows what we need and is always quick to get things going and makes sure we know what is going on and ensures we have everything we need. Smooth as silk I called the service department and left my name and phone number and somebody called me right back. Setup an appointment to have the car serviced an I called the service department and left my name and phone number and somebody called me right back. Setup an appointment to have the car serviced and the service consultant relayed the recall information to me and said DeVoe could do the servicing and recall work at the same time. I brought my car in the next day and was in and out with an exceptional loaner right away. Towards the end of the day I received a phone message saying the car was ready and what time the service consultant (Korina) would be in the next morning. Brought the loaner back the next morning and was back on the road in 15 minutes with my clean car that had been just washed. I'm a snow bird from Minnesota and I love taking my car into DeVoe -- everything always goes smooth as silk. More
