I Tyrone, Peggy's husband, was told to bring my Silverado truck in on Monday morning, so I did as I was asked. I told the service advisor Sean the issue that I wanted them to check on my truck as well as per truck in on Monday morning, so I did as I was asked. I also let them know this is the vehicle that I drive back and forth to work and that I would need it back as soon as possible. I never got a call back from the service advisor about the condition of my truck and what needed to be done. I called at least three times and my wife called once before I got any real response from the service department. My truck wasn't put in the shop checked until Thursday afternoon. I understand that my truck is a 2011 which is rather old and yes they did find more things wrong with it than I expected but I really did not like the disrespect that I received from the service department and I did not like the fact that even though my vehicle is old it and I was treated as if we were worthless. My truck may be worthless to them but it is not to me. I appreciate the fact that I was only charged 2 hours of the 5-Hour diagnostic time that was spent on it but I dislike the fact that my truck was there since Monday and they didn't even have the parts to perform the recall, so I have to take my truck back to get the recalls done. However, all the other repairs that need to be done either I or another service dealer department will do them. My wife is also considering taking her own vehicle to another service dealer department in the future because of the disrespect that I received. More
I went there on 1-29-24 for a scheduled oil change. The service writers were very courteous and professional. I was in and out within an hour. January 22, 2024 I brought my 2022 Buick Envision, to the service department this morning, to have parts for the heated seats installed and was very pleased. I purchased a 2016 Maybach from this dealership $80k. I talked with Jon the salesman and expressed to him that I've been saving up to by this dream car and I needed him to be completely honest with me ab I talked with Jon the salesman and expressed to him that I've been saving up to by this dream car and I needed him to be completely honest with me about this vehicle. Of course he and his manager assured me that the vehicle had been through there 100+ inspection and that they had taken the car to Fayetteville to the Mercedes service center to have it inspected as well . ALL LIES!! I asked Jon about the noise that the car was making after I drove it overnight and he promised that it was nothing to worry about. I told him that used car salesman were considered the lowest forms of life to trust and he said he was going to restore my faith in salesman. HE DIDN'T. Less than 30 days of me having this vehicle I take the car in to the Durham Mercedes service and they find $15k of damages and services needed to the car. The struts and the air compressor that was making the noise that I questioned about was around $8k alone . I spoke with Tyler H. Who is supposed to be a manager and he led me on for about a month as if they were going to do something to reimburse for some of the issues only for him to come back and say There's nothing we can or will be able to do. The used car dealership is full of LYING SNAKES . BE AWARE OF ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY. They turned my dream car into a nightmare. More
