I payed $30 to have the vehicle towed to what I THOUGHT was a better dealership. But once the car was diagnosed I was called and told it was the fuel pump. I asked whether it was the low pressure or high-p was a better dealership. But once the car was diagnosed I was called and told it was the fuel pump. I asked whether it was the low pressure or high-pressure only to be told, “I don’t know”. Once the car was ready I had to wait several minutes for someone to help Me, once I was helped I was given a bill however my car was under warranty. And the vin was never run trough Oasis. Once that was cleaned up my wife returned to the car and had an extremely long crank time before finally cranking. And running rough. I told the Service writer the vehicle was not right and we would be leaving it. The Technician came out and said he’d look at it the following day. We were called at 8:30 the next morning saying it was ready to go. Since then we feel it doesn’t run correctly and the belt has been squeaking on startup. More
