I took my truck Monday 8-8-22 at 8:00 in the morning to get the Works done they had it all day. When I got off of work at 4:00 it was not ready they had the truck for 8 hours to do a oil change and had to get the Works done they had it all day. On Tuesday the 6TH of Oct, i brought my 2021 Ranger in for the first oil change. After the service was complete I was told that the service cost was $54.88, while I was going to tell the counter person for the first oil change. After the service was complete I was told that the service cost was $54.88, while I was going to tell the counter person that I had a maintenance plan (5003-970140 with cost $1195.00) he started talking to another person and was NOT listening to me. When he finally got back to me, he smiled and said that will be 54.88. I didnt confront the person in front of others, so I paid and left. Buy reporting this in this survey MAYBE someone will listen now. If I still have to pay for future service, which I have ALREADY paid for. I will seek a refund on my service plan. More
