I was looking for a Honda Accord 2013. I called up Baierl & South Hills Honda, but unfortunately could not get a good deal. Then I called up Dean Honda, and Nick gave me an awesome deal - a really low price & South Hills Honda, but unfortunately could not get a good deal. Then I called up Dean Honda, and Nick gave me an awesome deal - a really low price coupled with loads of freebies (e.g. free tankfull of gas, free state inspection, free oil change etc). The online paperwork & other doc process was over in a jiffy, and I was impressed with the relaxed and friendly attitude of Nick. When I visited their showroom to complete the payment formalities and pick up the car, I was quite amazed. They were very structured and prompt and friendly at the same time, and I was at complete ease. (On the other hand, the Baierl experience was quite irritating. The Sales person was impatient with a boatload of attitude. It appeared that he was almost doing us a favor by selling the car. He was also a touch disrespectful.) That's why I chose Dean Honda and despite the fact that Baeirl was only 5 miles from my place and Dean almost 25 .. I would highly recommend this dealership. A true dean of Hondas :-D !! More
