Customer Service was EXCELLENT Last May I purchased my first “brand new” car due to graduating college and having my first full time job with “real” income. I decided I am not happy with my decision, and after seeing a new Hyundai on the road, I came to the Dean Team to further search for my perfect car. Blake greeted me with a big smile and his demeanor was extremely welcoming and energetic. Blake was very eager to help me find exactly what I wanted, while at the same time not being overbearing or pushy. Blake took the time to listen to my must-haves and definitely-nots, and assisted me in looking at a few cars matching my description. Blake made me feel at ease during the test drives, and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features offered. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Blake at this time, I definitely plan to when it is more practical pending the sale of my current vehicle.
