The Ballwin Dean Team was the first dealer that contacted me after I put in a request to USAA's car buying service. So that's where I went to test drive the car I wanted - the 2012 Beetle. He was so friendly and straight-forward and didn't pressure me at all which I really appreciated as a first-time new car buyer. I also appreciated getting a really nice loaner to drive around while I waited! All the staff I came into contact with there was very friendly and the customer service was great. This was my first time to use the Dean Team service for my Subaru Legacy. I left the car off at the Night Drop off on a Sunday and Eric was quick to call me on Monday with the prognosis (check engine ligh my Subaru Legacy.
