She was adamant about purchasing again from Dean because she has enjoyed such great and honest service there over the years. She is always treated with respect and is well taken care of by Anthony in the service department. Anthony referred my Mom to Reese Gayden in sales for her new car. Reese was super pleasant to deal with. I reside out of state but wanted to help my Mom with her purchase. Reese totally understood. He communicated with me via text so that we could make sure that my Mom got exactly what she wanted and needed. I must say that Reese surpassed both of our expectations. He was extremely well informed, patient and and went above and beyond to ensure that my Mom was more than satisfied. I now totally understand why she wouldn't think of buying anywhere else. Couldn't Be More Excited I contacted Teresa over the internet looking for a used Beetle (that didn't exist on planet earth). After shopping around when I decided to go new, I called Teresa back & after introducing me to Curt, she encouraged me to look at a bottle green classic convertible (I of course was convinced I wanted black on black on black). As this was one funky looking vehicle, after 30 minutes of looking at its funkiness, we fell in love with it. You see, I'm a pretty funky dude. So... there was no pressure and no haggling. excellent , Dave is a stand up guy Im in miami florida , i could not find any good deals were i live the sales people hear are sharks. I called a few vw dealers , Alexandria vw , king Im in miami florida , i could not find any good deals were i live the sales people hear are sharks. I called a few vw dealers , Alexandria vw , king kia vw , and the worst of the 3 Demontrond vw , then i called Dave , I ask him a million and 1 questions and hes was very patient and was really trying to help his prices were better than all 3 dealers that i was negotiating with , once we came to an agreement i was having a little trouble finding transport to miami. Dave offered to have a friend drive the car from kirkwood to miami for a more than reasonable fee. I have never meet a car salesmen that went out of his way to help.
