He later made reference to treating me as his daughter... and he DID! THIS resulted in my FINAL visit out of 7 dealerships within a 48 period. Mr. Ebner portrayed a concern & sincerity in which I was seeking. During our initial collaboration, he not only established an immediate rapport with me, but expertly evaluated my parameters & needs. He and the gentleman, Kyle, from the financing department, provided a safe and secure experience in which I have never experienced in my 38yrs. After spending some time researching the dealer inventories online, my wife and I narrowed our selection to Dean Team in Kirkwood based upon the broad selection of makes and styles available there. Nikki greeted us upon our arrival and, after quickly assessing our needs directed us toward those that would potentially be of interest. She handled the transaction professionally and with patience; I insisted on test-driving every candidate car- a process spanning several hours. A lesser salesperson would have left us behind to chase other customers, but she stuck with us and assisted in matching us to what would ultimately become our new vehicle. In addition, when a fairly significant issue arose unexpectedly, Nikki, along with the General Manager and the Service Manager & crew, stepped up to expedite an immediate and amicable resolution. Nikki was very friendly and knoweldgeable about the car and worked for me to get the best deal possible. I had a $ amount that I wanted to be near as far as payments and she was able to work the deal till and worked for me to get the best deal possible. She was the first car sales associate that I ever felt "worked for me" and got me the right deal. Because we live in close proximity Nikki has even told me that when it is time for my car to get serviced, she will bring me a loaner car to my work place and she take my car to get serviced and bring it back when she gets off work. Dave is my favorite salesman! He figures out what I want and need, and then makes it happen! Doesn't spend time BSing and is realistic in what they can do.
