I recently purchased a vehicle and it was the most hassle free experience I’ve had to date. Like many folks, I hate going to car lots and dealing with sales folks who are cold or aggressive when discussing y free experience I’ve had to date. I told them what I was looking for and the sales representative, Courtney did everything she could to find several options. The ONLY stress I had was finally picking the car I wanted. All the vehicles were stellar and Courtney was available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Moreover, she kept in contact after the purchase to ensure I was happy with vehicle. She is very honest and sincere about marking sure I was happy. Additionally, other Deam Team members, Ray and Scott were great in getting me set up with the tech in car once purchase was made. All the staff were very friendly and approachable and not pushy or uninterested. I felt like I was a valued customer, who had been buying from them for years, and this is my first experience with the Dean Team Volvo. When I buy again, I will stop at the Dean Team Volvo FIRST! The online advertising stated you worked with USAA And Navy Federal Union for Financing. I stated I was actively a member of both Financial Institutions, but when purchased the vehicle I found out this wa Navy Federal Union for Financing. I stated I was actively a member of both Financial Institutions, but when purchased the vehicle I found out this was completely not true. I was told we don’t use them for financing. Also the Veterans discount is misleading as well it only applies if you are an active duty member of the armed services high am a honorably discharged disabled veteran with 12 years service. They attempted to not honor the discount. The info I just described is still listed on there website. I will never do business with The Dean Team. Ownership should be embarrassed. More

I wanted to wait a month or so before writing this review. I purchased a 2014 Audi R8 (sight unseen) from this dealership. I live in Florida. My salesman Pinkey did a lot to show me the car however review. I purchased a 2014 Audi R8 (sight unseen) from this dealership. I live in Florida. My salesman Pinkey did a lot to show me the car however there were major issues with this car that were not disclosed. There was a crack in the coolant tank and a faulty thermostat. According to audi, someone attempted to “patch it up” before selling it. Not only that, but they left their advertised price sticker in my glove compartment which was 3k less than what I paid for the car. Why leave that there? Not sure. I finally received my registration and instead of transferring my plate, these fools purchased me a brand new plate and paid for registration again. A cost of over $400 that should have been reimbursed to me. My transfer fee is $70 here in Florida. I would not recommend this dealership as I’ve attempted to have certain items resolved and no one ever gets back to me. Hard pass on this one. More
