Absolutely outstanding customer service and friendliness! Until I found Mark, I have always hated, I mean loathed, purchasing a vehicle. Throughout the entire process, he was forthcoming about every detail, patiently answered all our questions, explained each line of the numbers and what we were signing, and we left with a great vehicle each time.
