My husband knows my disdain for auto dealerships and pushy car salesman, so much so, I purchased my last car through an online service. He listened while I told him what my budget was and the type of vehicle I wanted. Even though he was on vacation, he still assisted me. He texted me pictures of the car the same day and also followed up with a text message. Since it was the end of the business day, we made an appointment to test drive a car the following day. I'm pretty disappointed with my first visit to Volvo of St Louis. I got an alignment and it is no better than it was before. It still pulls to the right.
