This is my second car from Dean Team Volvo. Both experiences were smooth. I spent under 2 hours sitting in the dealership each time. I cannot thank Tom in service, Scott the GM and Fred Williams in sales enough. They helped me turn lemins into lemonade! I would certainly recommend Dean Team Volvo and the individuals named above. And I'd gladly do business with them again. I went in for service and exited with a new vehicle after factoring in the cost of repairs, knowing I wanted to trade it in this year. They just happened to have the exact vehicle I'd been shopping on their used lot. Clearly it was meant to be! More

I was overall very pleased with the service. Polite and friendly staff. Quick turn around time. Very much enjoyed the upgraded loaner vehicle (made me want to upgrade!) However, I also think as a courtesy friendly staff. Quick turn around time. Very much enjoyed the upgraded loaner vehicle (made me want to upgrade!) However, I also think as a courtesy to customers, it would be nice to receive your car back cleaned and vacuumed. If I took the car to less prestigious shop, I would not have this expectation, but since I took it to be serviced at Volvo, I expect detailed service and amenities. Another small annoyance is that the second I drove my car off, the tire pressure was low. I understand that this could certainly be a coincidence, but I would also expect the cars tires to be automatically checked as a complimentary service. I had to stop to get the tire pressure adjusted, which I wouldn’t expect to have to do after just leaving the dealership service shop. As of family was preparing for a road trip to see family, it was a minor inconvenience to still need to tune up the car after leaving the shop. More
I had some difficult issues to fix on my car and Alen and the service techs did an excellent job of fixing every single one of them. Usually, my experience is terrible, and I dread dropping my car off for a couple reasons. 1) Loaners are usually outdated and never clean EVEN DURING A PANDEMIC! 2) Service guys are very rude! This time my car off for a couple reasons. 1) Loaners are usually outdated and never clean EVEN DURING A PANDEMIC! 2) Service guys are very rude! This time my experience was amazing and Katie in Brentwood Mo. service center made my experience so much better, and she was amazing to work with. More
