this is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with! they claim to be transparent yet they failed to disclose the ongoing issues with this truck. since day 1 the check engine light has been on all the t they claim to be transparent yet they failed to disclose the ongoing issues with this truck. since day 1 the check engine light has been on all the things that I wanted the truck to have dont work when the check engine light is on..they dont call their customers bucket least in my case they dont. my tailgate randomly comes unlatched and opens up.i find out there is a recall on this tailgate handle...this should have been disclosed to me and then they should have handled it immediately and they should cover the cost of the repair that happened when the tailgate opened and landed on my trailers jack. the recall and the issues it creates should be a covered expense. the truck I test drove two days before was what I was supposed to get but they sold it to someone else the morning I was going over to buy. no phone call or text from them to see if I was still interested in it. the list just goes on and on! my advice DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM! SHADY DECEITFUL ARE THE NICER WORDS.. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTCLAIMS THERE IS NOTHJING WRONG WITH THE TRUCK! YET THE SAME CODE KEEPS COMING BACK AFTER THEY CLEAR CODES AND CLAIMED ITS "FIXED" RIGHT THEY DONT GIVE A F*&% ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY DECEIVE! IM ALSO NOT THE AVERAGE WOMAN, I KNOW A LITTLE BIT ABOUT SERVICING VEHICLES MY DECEASED FIANCE TAUGHT ME A FEW THINGS. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT I PAID FOR THE TRUCK AND TO BE REIMBURSED THE MONEY I HAD TO PAY TO FIX ONE OF THE ISSUES. Several, several times I had tried to communicate issues about the car I had purchased , even prior to walking out the door with it. Terrible, terrible customer service. They took a test drive in my car, must have stomped on it, when I got it back my canned drink in the console had been crushed and there was liquid all over in the console and cup holders. Tried to sell me the vehicle with a fuel line leak, had to take it to a third party for the dealership to even acknowledge the issue. Several, several times I had tried to address brake and rotor issues, took it to a third party, provided the report to the dealership, all they did was lie and cover up. Said they had replaced the rotors and brakes. Months later, still having issues and another third party said rotors were warped. When you buy a car from this dealership they make sure you will come back to spend MORE money just to fix the issues on the car they sold you. Mouse nest in the engine bay area, flat tire, etc. Craziest part of it all, it was a certified vehicle. I was even offered positions to work at the dealership, bribary?? Poor service, lies, does NOT care about reputation obviously. I would steer clear from ever purchasing any vehicle from this location. The laws make it very hard to sue a dealership so I am attempting to save the future consumer time and money. Please do NOT waste your time. They are snakes More
