Purchase of car I was sold one of their "wholesale to the public" vehicle s after looking over several of the same kind of cars that they had. After letting the salesman know the amount of money I had to spend, not only did he get me set up with an awwsome deal ( of which the sticker price was way above what I could afford) he was able to get the price down so I could get the vehicle at the price I told him I could spend. It's a great car for the price! I am very happy with it and the dealer! More

Oil change Requested oil change tire rotation no one told me about the offer for 4 oil change and tire rotations for $150 so I ended up paying $95 for one. After seeing your promotion I called and I was then told that I could not apply my $95 from this change to the offer and pay the difference for the three remaining changes. Super frustrating and not a good business practice to not inform a new customer about a special you are running to save them money. $95 is a lot for an oil change/tire rotation when you don’t even wash or vacuum a car. I paid less than that at Willis Cadillac and they cleaned my car. I purchased the promo because I would rather have a Jeep dealership service my Jeep and would prefer not to work with stew Hansen. They however, told me about their special and would wash my car. I can’t say I would recommend based on the lack of willingness to disclose a service special and then correct it after the fact. Poor customer service all the way around. More
