Poor communication I arranged to pick up a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and did all the paperwork remotely before showing up. Not greeted, dishonest practices I arrived for an oil change and several recalls. When I pulled in, a service advisor and manager were having a chat and completely ignores me until I I arrived for an oil change and several recalls. When I pulled in, a service advisor and manager were having a chat and completely ignores me until I interior and asked who to give my keys to. I was passed off to another service advisor. The advisor printed out an authorization for repairs without any prices listed and told me to sign it. He didn't "ask". I asked what the oil change price was and he acted irritated. He spent the next five minutes looking it up, and told me "just north of $90, or somewhere around there". This was significantly more than I had expected, and I told him I would only be getting the warranty/recall repairs done. He became even more irritated, and made me wait at his counter while he found someone else to "delete the oil change". The rest of the interaction when they finished left a lot to be desired. I still don't know what they actually worked on. While I don't find $90 unreasonable, I expect a significantly better experience if I'm going to pay that. More
