I bought my daughters 2010 HS 250 Lexus for her 16th birthday. Nic and the management team were outstanding! They made it such a wonderful experience that when they brought it out all washed up and deta birthday. Nic and the management team were outstanding! Being an older car, over the last few months there were some little details that needed attention and the service team went above and beyond to make it perfect. Poor communication Asked to be called with bid prior to proceeding with work. Received no call until job was completed. Asked to get bid for new hardtop for Jeep as option but did not receive bid as job was completed without authorization. Was told seats were shampooed and they were not only deodorant sprayed. I understand if that service should not of been offered at no extra charge the issue was that I was told repeatedly that it had been done. More

Quick lubes service I came without an appointment for quick lube service and recall on my shifter on my 2016 Ram 1500 ecodiesel . My truck was being serviced within 10 mi I came without an appointment for quick lube service and recall on my shifter on my 2016 Ram 1500 ecodiesel . My truck was being serviced within 10 minutes of arrival. Work was completed in a little less than 2 hours. Only delay came when my service advisor and my paper work couldn't be found. Matter was handled by another service advisor. Then I paid and was on my way. More
