I'm very disappointed in this dealership I purchased a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica for $31,000 for my church and food pantry soup kitchen. To give to a single mom of three. When bringing it back to the church and leaving it clothes for a few days the battery died then to find out there was no key inside the fob. Then opening the door to an overwhelming smell of pot. To then open up parts of the car to find trash and cigar wrappers. Then reaching out to the dealership the general manager Jim Lopez said bring it in for your peace of mind and Ours after I gave him the list of everything wrong with The car. From a dead battery to the strong drug smell to the whole right side was reconstructed which was then putting water in the light cuz it's aftermarket. I dropped the car off on Sunday evening and very early Tuesday morning they called and said hey it's done come get it I then went down the list of it not having a spare tire the right door handle and switch do not work on the inside. I then got an email from the purchase and managerAdam Dubrow telling me to come get my car and they were not doing anything else for it. When I pulled up I realized all they did was spray it with an air freshener instead of keeping their promise to getting a full detail there was still trash particles in the car some kind of hay and wood pieces. I then realized my right mirror and door had bright yellow dents in. Then opening the car up to find out my air condition vent was broken and in the pictures of purchase it was not so then to realize it was broken while being there. They promised me to give me my spare tire and they did not. I am very frustrated they most definitely have not returned any of my respectful phone calls or emails. I shall never use them again and make sure everyone else knows it too. And all I wanted to do was help a single mom and be able to use this vehicle to serve a church and a soup kitchen. More

Called in response to an advertisement on a camaro convertible told me to come and look at vehicle. This was at 10am and we received a text with their address. We traveled 88 miles one way to look at convertible told me to come and look at vehicle. This was at 10am and we received a text with their address. We traveled 88 miles one way to look at and possibly purchase the vehicle. We arrived at the dealership and were escorted to one of the sales personnel. They said they would get the vehicle for us to look at. They left us at the the desk for about 10 minutes. The sales manager had a set of keys which he stated were for the car. When the sales manager and sales person returned we were informed that the vehicle had been sent to auction. 1. Why did still have keys for a vehicle that was sent to auction. 2. He started telling us about other vehicles he had available and that they had an individual they use to purchase cars for the dealership. It completely wasted our time and money, felt like the bait and switch routine and this dealership couldn't be honest with potential customers. No integrity at all. More
