Fast and easy Always great service at Del. I've been a customer for 20 years. Recently switched dealerships due to 2017 body style of the Traverse. Wasn't a fan Always great service at Del. Received horrible customer service came back for vehicle maintenance. So happy they switched the look of the Traverse I'll be back once my lease is over. More

Irritating Found the vehicle I wanted and it was filthy inside and out with trash in the bed of the truck! Ashes found on floor in truck and I said I smelled cig Found the vehicle I wanted and it was filthy inside and out with trash in the bed of the truck! Ashes found on floor in truck and I said I smelled cigar or cigarette and the salesman said “really I don’t smell anything” and when I said the coolant level is low he got pissy and said well we are a dealership... ya no kidding you would think they would have properly cleaned and serviced the vehicle. Especially since I drove over 4 hrs to get there! I would not recommend this dealership to my enemy! When they “cleaned” the vehicle it didn’t look much more than sprayed down with a water hose. They have very low standards!! More
