The botyom line is that we would return to the dealership, but most importantly we would go wherever Mark would be selling trucks. He respected our wishes, did his best to accommodate our personal.preferences, made us aware of additional options, and ultimately respected our decisions. He followed up.via call, text, and email as I am tricky to communicate with at work, and when we found a scratch to repair just before closing, he spoke with service and I have no doubt it will be fixed. He is genuine and knows more about his product than any salesman we spoke with across 3 dealerships.ine this process.
