Pre Owned Impala with Premier package Had a less than spectacular experience with Del Chevrolet about 4 years ago, so we were reluctant to try it again. After a little research and having seen such great reviews for Mark, we decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did. Mark did a great job not only asking what our needs were, but actually LISTENED to what they were. I am happy to say this trip to Del was night and day different from dealing with the former employee we had in 2014. That salesperson is apparently no longer with the company. Dealing with Mark and Jeff (and I'm sorry I can't recall your finance guy's name) was pleasant and we didn't feel pressured into a particular vehicle, or feel as though we were trapped there (last time felt like we were prisoners). And even though the cashier was wrapping things up for the night, we didn't feel rushed when we hit a payment snag trying to process the down payment. She was patient, friendly, and super helpful. The long and short of it is I got exactly what we had discussed with no surprises at signing . Everyone was straightforward, understanding, and helped me get into a vehicle that I am having a ball driving. More
