Purchased new Traverse I'm happy with the car even if certain key systems were left out where I was under the assumption that they were not. It's a good car but had I known I'm happy with the car even if certain key systems were left out where I was under the assumption that they were not. It's a good car but had I known that certain systems, such as the tow mode, was not included, I would have insisted on another vehicle. I may have to trade this vehicle in early because of this one problem which is a big one for me. Also, the dealer suggested I go to Uhaul to install my hitch, which I did, and where I saved money however the hitch that Uhaul installed has the wrong coupling and to fix that will cost me quite a bit when and if I choose to do so. I would have paid more for a vehicle with more of the components that I wanted; I feel that the dealership basically forced this purchase on me. Generally I'm not happy with the end result. More

She was left with a shredded tire that left her unable to drive her car. I called Mark immediately to see if he could replace the tire. His first question to me was, "Is she okay?".
