Made multiple telephone calls to speak with a service adviser week prior to arriving, always ended in a voicemail, no one ever called back, never spoke to anyone in the Service Dept, always got a voicema adviser week prior to arriving, always ended in a voicemail, no one ever called back, never spoke to anyone in the Service Dept, always got a voicemail box extension number, no names! Not even sure if I actually had an appointment, but everything went smoothly, efficiently and quickly after I arrived and checked in with Service Mgr Sean. More
