I even asked if it was too busy for him to look at it or even call me to pick it up! I was going to dispute charge . My truck is older your service has got to be better than what I"ve experienced. The work the completed in service was fine. However to get to that point was absolutely not ethical. I came in as my care is less than a year old and a part was broken. I came in for a recall and it was fixed. But I also asked Del to look at my back window which would not go up. They said everything needed to be replaced and it would be $1400. I knew they were not being honest, so I took it to a regional repair shop and they fixed it for nothing more than 2 hours labor, nothing was replaced.
