Deland Kia was able to take my car that was towed in with a front tire off the rim and install 4 new tires plus an alignment. They checked my rim to make sure it the rim itself and sensor was damaged. Thankf a front tire off the rim and install 4 new tires plus an alignment. I’m envious of you all who had a good experience. I bought a pre owned vehicle 5 days ago and after discovering a few issues needing assistance, they stopped responding to me. I inquired about the re I bought a pre owned vehicle 5 days ago and after discovering a few issues needing assistance, they stopped responding to me. I inquired about the recalls on my model as they didn’t share whether they’d need fixed. There’s also a nail embedded in the tire and I’ve pleaded for someone to please advise when I can have it repaired. Nothing. Nobody has gotten back to me. I bought a new Soul from them in 2015 and traded it in as a repeat customer. This whole experience has me not only uneasy but actively concerned why they won’t respond to me all. When they wanted my credit card for a deposit they were eagerly reaching out, when they were locking me down to purchase, very attentive. Now? I hear nothing. The worst thing is they clearly don’t care, they got me already. More
