PURCHASED VEHICLE WITH NO LEGAL TITLE!!! Purchased a vehicle here in 2010. Tried to sell the vehicle privately and discovered DeLand Kia never had proper title to the vehicle! The vehicle was Purchased a vehicle here in 2010. Tried to sell the vehicle privately and discovered DeLand Kia never had proper title to the vehicle! The vehicle was purchased at auction and proper title was not obtained by DeLand Kia. I confirmed this with Florida DMV. I called Deland Kia and after many calls and messages J.D. called me back and said they called DMV but it was out of their hands!!! The illegally sold me a vehicle without Florida title and it is out of their hands?!?! Told me to check with DMV!! When I threatened them with with further action, J.D. told me it was 8 years ago and good luck trying to get the title because DeLand Kia would not assist me and hung up!! I am now having to contact another state DMV and try to get a title for a vehicle I paid cash for 8 years ago! BAD DEALERSHIP NOW!! The people I dealt with in the past have since left OBVIOUSLY!!! More

Very Dissapointed Feb. 9, 2018 I had my 2016 KIA Sedona serviced at Deland KIA on Woodland Blvd. Deland Florida. My Sedona has 12,692 miles on it. At the 6,000 mile ser Feb. 9, 2018 I had my 2016 KIA Sedona serviced at Deland KIA on Woodland Blvd. Deland Florida. My Sedona has 12,692 miles on it. At the 6,000 mile service I complained about the brakes pulsating. As I was on my way to Penna. At that time. I was told the time required to road test and repair could be a couple of hours. I said I would have it done at my next service appointment as I could not spend that much more time there. Today after they had test driven the Sedona they confirmed that there is a problem with the brake Rotors. He explained that my problem might have come from the car sitting too long. Really, was it sitting too long when I purchased it? The problem started from day one. The service manager advised me that my Sedona was out of warranty and they had to charge me for the repair. The cost would be one hundred dollars to repair the problem. When I told him at my last service I told the service adviser about the problem, the manager said the service adviser did not write it down. The service manager then offered to repair it for $50.00. I have a life time free oil change with my purchase. I was also charged for a tire rotation which I understood to be part of my original purchase. I received a call from Deland KIA later asking if every thing went O.K. At my service. I explained to the caller what happened and he assured me he would pass on my concerns to Management. I have not heard any thing to date from them. Also I have not yet received the usual review of service from KIA corporate yet. More

After talking with Kelly who was very nice, pleasant with a great attitude, explained what we wanted to do, and he was just great with answering any and all questions, discussed options, and didn't mind that I even wanted to check out a couple used ones, drove a 2018 and am proud to say we bought it. Kelly made buying a new car a good experience again, stayed in constant contact even while we waited for Jacob Amir in Finance, who was also good. Kelly is a GREAT sales person, I will and have already recommended him to a couple of people in case they should decide to take the drive. More

Lied to customer I received 2 phone calls from PETE asking me to come in after I submitted on a website looking for a new vehicle. I previously shopped at KIA West whe I received 2 phone calls from PETE asking me to come in after I submitted on a website looking for a new vehicle. I previously shopped at KIA West where I received an offer but wanted something lower. PETE told me HE could get me what I was asking for. The day I was to come in Charlene the sales lady text me to remind me of my appt. I said that I wasn't interested in anymore. I immediately received a phone call from PETE stating HE is 95% positive HE can get me what I'm asking for and if not he will reward my time from driving to Deland from Orlando. I got there an I was helped by Charlene who stated she was standing next to PETE when he was talking to me and was aware of what I wanted. she took my info and then a gentleman came in and said he needed to run my credit to get a good price out the door. I said well who are you? YOU are not PETE. HE said who is Pete? I don't know a Pete. really??? so I explained to him who he was. He said oh he is in marketing and I said well then he BASICALLY LIED TO ME to get me in. The guy said yeah pretty much so. I said so u want me to do business with a lying company to get me in here? He said well that's your choice but we are really aggressive and can get you a great deal and used his sales tactics on me. Charlene then came back in and apologized for all and asked me what I wanted and she then also gave me some encouraging words about getting me a great price. So I said well I came here so lets see what you all can do for me. Well it took about 15 minutes for their "aggressive" work and they ended up being over $150 what KIA West quoted me. THIS PLACE IS A LYING JOKE!! Don't waste your time with their lies! Wasted my time and I took a half day off work for this! NEVER AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND DELAND KIA. More
