lies about referrals very disappointed in this dealership I purchased a car 1 1/2 years from them and was happy I went back and bought a 2019 sorento I used the sales man very disappointed in this dealership I purchased a car 1 1/2 years from them and was happy I went back and bought a 2019 sorento I used the sales man David Rabias who at the time helped me alot his last words were send my someone and I will send you a referral I have a customer at my work that was looking to trade his Kia yes he had used Deland Kia before but was not going bacl I do not know why but I said go to David and he will help you he did and bought a 2019 Sportage I waited for my referral that never came I emailed David on 1/14/19 on 1/15/19 I texted him I also called him no return anything. I called and spoke to Phil who got him to call me and David said that was not a referral so I called Phil back he said yes that was a referral and would take care of it so I waited and nothing I called and spoke to JD who is the GM on 1/21/19 he got my address and phone number and said he would take care of it. Still nothing I called on 1/29/19 at 10:44am he said he signed the check and would find out when it was mailed and will call me right back 2 1/2 hours later nothing I called the dealership and spoke to accounting and was told no check has been mailed......You have lost a customer over a referral that should have been paid but most of all the 3 men there did nothing but lie to me.. well called corporate and spoke to them today 1/30/19 about the lies from Deland Kia about the referral and JD the GM told them the check was not mailed but wrote up ( Joke ) and because I have given them plenty of time to have this taken care of I went to social media to post what happened they are not doing anything now ( which they did not do before ) I would be very careful of what you are told about referrals from this dealership... More

Finance is a joke We went to test drive a 2019 Kia Sorento that we had looked at another dealership. We wanted to shop around for the best price and had heard great thi We went to test drive a 2019 Kia Sorento that we had looked at another dealership. We wanted to shop around for the best price and had heard great things about this dealership. We had an offer in our back pocket for the other vehicle, but wanted to see if they could match or offer a better deal. What a joke...driving into the dealership you’re met with steps full of salesmen just hanging out in front of the building. We told our salesman exactly what we were looking for and were happy to see the sticker price was 1K lower than the sticker price of the other vehicle. If they could offer us a good deal, we’d drive off the lot that day. We sat down, gave him our numbers, and they came back with a number that was $150 OVER the price point we wanted to be at - ridiculous. He told us they would look at the numbers again and then another finance guy came over and basically told us that there was no way we could the number we wanted - very condescending and unwelcoming. We left, returned to the first dealership, and drove away with the new 2019 we wanted. Since then, I have received three phone calls trying to get us to return. The first was asking if they could work with us on payments, the second offering an alternative used car, and the third offering us the used car and then quietly slipping in that they could do the original car we wanted at the $350 price point. So, you offered us a $500 payment when we were sitting in front of you, but two days later you can offer us the $350 payment? No thank you. That’s manipulation of numbers and taking advantage of your customers. I will never do business with Deland Kia and I will tell this story to anyone who asks about purchasing a car from there. Not cool, Deland Kia. More

Great customer service. My low tire sensor was on my Kia Forte yesterday. I called AAA and long story short was not happy with the service they provided. When I got back into my car the sensor were on again. I went to Kia to see if they could help me. And of course they did. I had the nicest Service Advisor Noah Roman. He drove my car into service and within a very short waiting time they had checked the air pressure in all my tires. I really appreciated his take charge attitude and told me that anytime I had any questions, to please come back and they will take care of my vehicle needs. Great service Noah thank you again. False advertisement and rude owner I stopped in for a test drive for an ad that was sent to me for a $25 walmart gift card. I asked why they didn't tell me that before they filled out the application and asked for my drivers licence and financial information and then test drove the car...specifically for the gift card? I was rudely told that it was for the first 50 people...read the fine print. So don't waste your time on this place. They promise gift cards then tell you they don't have them after they get what they want from you. Rude and liars. Will not be buying another car from these ignorant jerks..no class. Carmax is the purchase. I rate this dealership a minus one brown star on all levels . More
