Fraudulent and Deceptive Business Practices, Exploitation of a Senior citizen Unfortunately I had couldn’t choose zero stars. I purchased a CAR from Deland KIA in August 2023 with out knowing that they we of a Senior citizen Unfortunately I had couldn’t choose zero stars. I purchased a CAR from Deland KIA in August 2023 with out knowing that they were selling me a car that has been in the flood. The car had 10,803 miles on it when I purchased it. I became very sick from MOLD TOXICITY it took awhile for me to realize that it was the car that was making me, and my 15 year old son very sick. I had it tested and it tested positive for 12 different fungi and very high levels of MOLD. Testing Company said unsafe DO MOT USE . Upon contacting the dealer they ignored me so I had to get the Attorney Generals Office involved at which point the general manager at Deland Kia Nick Perry contacted me. I went to the dealer to discuss and all they wanted to do was take a credit app and leave me 16,000.00 underwater on the flood car they had sold me DO NOT TRUST THEM as they are very deceptive. I am still very sick. I parked the car and no longer can use it. Upon realizing that the car was making me sick coming to find out, I was never given paperwork when I purchased the car on my trip to the dealer to notify them of the situation. First thing I asked for was the buyers order. Upon examining the buyers order, I discovered none of the figures were as discussed! The desktop became a tablet, and as I was signing figures were being changed Do not trust. Do not deal with Deland Kia at all.
