Service Department Lies. ...Took my car in for regular service. Original appt. went fine. They told me my battery showed very low and needed to be replaced. I was told that since I bought the car there, bought it new...with the various warranties, etc., that the battery would be replaced free of charge. I made an appointment, as instructed by John...but when I took it in Keith told me it would be $386 for the battery. Oops. No way would this be free. So they had to do regular maintenance check under warranty, so I guess they figured they'd get me to pay for something! Not happening. Can get the same battery elsewhere for a whole lot less. Original salesman Matt Rettinger is fantastic. Not so in service dept. More

For the past 2 times I have asked the tire pressure be checked in all tires. I told my Service manager I was leaving on for a trip and needed the tires to be checked. He put it on the order so this was no checked in all tires. I told my Service manager I was leaving on for a trip and needed the tires to be checked. He put it on the order so this was not his fault. When they returned to car to me I asked again, "They filled up the tires, right?" and told my Service manager last time they did not even put new air in my tires. My service manager said, "I am sure they did". Well, as I was driving home and I checked all the tire pressure on my dashboard. 3 tires were filled to 46 and one tire was at 36. This means the service guys did not fill all tires. Why can't these tire people get it right? 2 times and it is really aggravating they cannot double check this one thing. Other than this, I always have a great experience with Derek or Matt (I think my guy's name is Matt). Always very professional and I don't fault them. I just wish the service guys would follow instructions. Thank you. More
